Alexandria, Lincoln, Ohatchee among Thursday’s softball winners. Pleasant Valley, Spring Garden roll in baseball, and Donoho tennis victorious. Jacksonville girls win, boys tie in soccer.

Going around the horn with Thursday’s area high school softball and baseball action, cross court with tennis and over the pitch with soccer:
Softball
ALEXANDRIA 12, CLEBURNE COUNTY 0: Cali Hess went 2-for-3 with two home runs, four RBIs and three runs, and Alexandria (8-4) made it seven consecutive wins.
Baylee Elston went 2-for-2 with a home run and three RBIs, and Charlee Parris went 1-for-2 with a solo home run. Jacee Brooks went 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI.
Ryan Lumpkin and Reece Carr each had a double and an RBI, and Boo Boo Bright singled and scored two runs.
Carr and Khloe England combined for a no-hitter. Carr got the win, allowing no runs and one walk with 10 strikeouts in four innings. Khloe England pitched a perfect inning of relief with one strikeout.
LINCOLN 12, JACKSONVILLE 1: Lincoln’s Aubrey Machen went 2-for-2 with two home runs, four runs and three RBIs.
Chandler Stephens homered while going 2-for-4 with three RBIs and two runs, and Kalia Fowles went 1-for-4 with a double, three RBIs and two runs. Emery-Kate Hendrix went 1-for-2 with two RBIs.
Cameron Pruitt went 2-for-4 with a double and three runs, and Shelby Williams hit a double.
Stephens spread out seven hits, one walk and one earned run with seven strikeouts in seven innings for the win.
Jacksonville’s Sadie Pate-Whitfield went 3-for-3 with a double, and Ana Strain doubled. Alyssa Barnes had an RBI.
OHATCHEE 9, GLENCOE 0: Annie Cox pitched a three-hitter with no walks and 13 strikeouts, and Ohatchee upped to 9-4.
Madison Mize went 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBIs and two runs.
Asia Keith went 1-for-3 with three RBIs and a run, and Reese Steward had a triple, a run and an RBI. Alanah Fitch had a single and a run.
Glencoe’s Andeemae Skinner hit a triple, and Evelyn Nowak doubled.
RANBURNE 19, VINCENT 7: Shaylie Reaves went 4-for-5 with a double and three RBIs, and Ranburne improved to 4-7.
K.K. Rollins went 4-for-5 with a double, two RBIs and three runs. Dakota Martin had a double, three RBIs and two runs, and Carter Martin went 3-for-3 with a double and three runs.
Addison Gibbs went 1-for-2 with a double, two RBIs and two runs, and Peyton Smith went 2-for-3 with a double, three runs and two RBIs.
Heidi Noles went 2-for-3 with three runs and an RBI on a day when Ranburne pounded out 20 hits.
Reaves got the win, allowing six hits, four walks and three earned runs with four strikeouts in 4 2/3 innings.
RANDOLPH COUNTY 17, SAKS 0: Abi Waters and Khloe Yates combined for a perfect game, and Randolph County improved to 5-1. Waters had two strikeouts in two innings, and Yates had two strikeouts in one inning.
The Tigers had 10 hits. Hannah Parmer went 1-for-3 with a homer, six RBIs and two runs, and Gracie Huckeba went 2-for-2 with two doubles, four RBIs and two runs.
Lizzie Milam went 2-for-2 with three runs and two RBIs, and Yates went 2-for-2 with a double, two runs and two RBIs.
Emmy Maffeo went 1-for-1 with two runs and two RBIs.
WEAVER 17, WELLNORN 5: Maddie Stanford went 2-for-4 with a double, four RBIs and two runs, and Weaver improved to 6-9.
Sarah Gokey went 2-for-5 with a double, three RBIs and a run, and Caitlyn Edmondson went 3-for-3 with a double, three runs and two RBIs.
Heaven Bishop went 4-for-4 with two doubles, two RBIs and two runs, and Reyleigh Partner went 4-for-5 with two doubles, two runs and two RBIs.
Ariel Sargent went 2-for-5 with a run and an RBI, and Ashlyn Coleman went 1-for-4 with two runs.
Partner got the win, allowing four hits, three earned runs and no walks with 11 strikeouts in six innings.
Wellborn’s Cassidy Gray went 2-for-3 with a triple, a run and an RBI. Braelyn Bean had a double and two runs, and Raelyn Webb added a double, a run and an RBI.
WESTBROOK CHRISTIAN 16, GADSDEN CITY 6: Westbrook’s A Crossley had a double, three runs and three RBIs, and Reid Elam doubled with two RBIs and two runs.
Brooklyn Stewart went 2-for-2 with a run and an RBI. Maddie Phillips had a double, two runs and an RBI, Parker Borders a double, a run and an RBI and Ava Tucker a double, a run and an RBI.
Elam got the win allowing nine hits, six earned runs and three walks with six strikeouts in five innings.
PELL CITY 5, WHITE PLAINS 4: Pell City walked it off on Grace Falls’ bases-loaded single with no outs in the bottom of the seventh inning.
Kensley Evans went 2-for-3 with a double and two runs. Kherington Keith had a single and an RBI, and Briley Goodgame went 2-for-3 with two runs. Ella Goree went 2-for-2.
Kenzy Atkinson got the win, spreading out eight hits, one walk and four earned runs with five strikeouts over seven innings.
White Plains’ Karli Otwell went 2-for-3 with a home run, a double and three RBIs, and Piper Thompson went 2-for-3 with a run. Anna O’Dell had a single and an RBI, and Sara Kate Adams added a single and a run.
BRIARWOOD CHRISTIAN 4, CENTRAL-CLAY 3: Briarwood Christian scored four runs in the first inning and made it stand up for an area victory.
Central-Clay’s Ensleigh Giddens went 2-for-4 with an RBI, and Analyssa Harris went 2-for-4. Anzlee Adams had a single and an RBI, and Soccara Lopez had a single and a run.
Baseball
PLEASANT VALLEY 12, DONONO 0: Pleasant Valley’s Jameson Humphrey pitched a three-hitter with eight strikeouts and two walks.
Brody Barnwell led the Raiders (6-2) at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBIs, and Peyton Mann went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and a run.
Wesley Wheeler went 2-for-3 with a double, two runs and an RBI, and Jackson Acker went 2-for-3 with an RBI. Greer Laros went 2-for-3 with two runs and an RBI, and Landon Beason went 2-for-2 with two runs and an RBI.
Dixon Duncan had a single, two RBIs and a run, and Nic Acker had a single, a run and an RBI.
Donoho’s Luke Farrell, Fisher White and Landon Calloway had a single apiece.
SPRING GARDEN 15, SAND ROCK 5: Spring Garden’s Joel Hunter hit a solo home run while going 2-for-4 with two runs, and the Panthers improved to 6-5.
Brady Ruark went 4-for-4 with four runs and three RBIs, and Dawson Ellzey went 2-for-4 with three RBIs.
Clayton Sadler went 2-for-4 with two runs and an RBI, and Hayes Guthrie went 1-for-1 with a run and an RBI. Zane Edwards had a single and two runs, and Zack Scogin had a single and an RBI.
Ben Baker got the win, allowing two hits, four walks and one earned run with 11 strikeouts in 5 1/3 innings.
Tennis
DONOHO SWEEPS: The Falcons’ boys and girls beat Gadsden City, with the girls winning 9-0 and boys winning 8-1.
For Donoho’s boys, No. 1 Rishi Reddy, No. 2 Ethan Crawford, No. 3 Foster Payton, No. 4 Chris Perkins, No. 5 Aiden Thompson and No. 6 J.R. Sobers won singles matches. No. 2 doubles Reddy-Thompson and No. 3 Perkins-Sobers also won.
The girls got singles victories from No. 1 Avery Barnett, No. 2 Natalie Rodgers, No. 3 Claire Tollison, No. 4 Elizabeth Downey, No. 5 Bentlee Pahman and No. 6 Sydney Marsh. In doubles, No. 1 Rodgers-Barnett, No. 2 Tollison-Downey and No. 3 Pahman-Marsh emerged victorious.
Soccer
JACKSONVILLE GIRLS 11, ONEONTA 1: Willa Kate Walker accounted for five goals and two assists, and Jacksonville upped to 7-0 on the season.
Emerson Weaver added three goals and two assists. Lexi Page, Jayci Taylor, and Grace Boothe each added a goal. Joeh Kim and Sophie Snyder also recorded assists.
JACKSONVILLE BOYS 1, ONEONTA 1: Judah Jennings scored the Golden Eagles’ goal off of an assist from Jack Thomas. Goalkeeper Jackson Patterson turned in 13 saves.
