Dudley, Kite win fan voting

Anniston swept the seeds in the Calhoun County Basketball Tournament and now the Bulldogs have swept the vote in the F&M Half-Court Scholarship Shot.
Allasha Dudley and Antonio Kite won the girls and boys voting for a $500 scholarship and Dudley received the most votes overall for the right to take the half-court shot for $10,000 Saturday. Dudley took the shot in 2019, winning the 3-Point Shootout that determined the shooter.
Dudley received 772 “Likes” during the week-long voting, while Kite pulled in 757. The voting closed at noon Friday.
