DONOHO — Glencoe won the Donoho Classic on Saturday, going 6-0.

The Yellow Jackets (14-2) beat Faith Christian 25- 19, 22-25, 16-14, Munford 25-17, 25-21 and Saks 25-3, 25-12 in pool play. In bracket play, Glencoe beat White Plains 25-22, 25-19 and Ohatchee 25-21, 22-25, 15-6 before beating Donoho 25-22, 23-25, 15-10 in the championship.

Glencoe’s top performers:

— Evelyn Nowak: 64 kills, 11 digs.
— Mia Talbot: 48 kills, 56 digs, nine aces.
— Kinlee Montgomery: 79 assists, 33 digs, 19 aces, 10 kills.
— Avery Barkley: 55 assists, nine digs, one kill, two aces.
— Gracyn Bunt: 78 digs, two aces, four assists.
— Millie Chambless: 20 kills, six blocks, five digs.
— Ashlyn Stone: 9 kills, 17 digs, five assists, one block.
— Payton Gray: 32 digs, nine assists, nine aces.

As for Donoho, the Falcons went 5-1. In pool play, they beat Altamont 25-16, 19-25, 15-9, Isabella 25-10, 25-10 and Lincoln 25-21, 25-22 in pool play. In gold bracket play, Donoho beat Beauregard 26-24, 25-18 and Lincoln 25-21, 26-24 before falling to Glencoe in the final.

— Kate Williamon: 33 kills, 10 aces, 24 digs.
— Ava Michaels: 28 kills, eight aces, 21 digs, one block.
— Alana Maldonado Maysonet: 14 kills, one dig, one block.

— Taylor Worley: 21 kills, one dig, one block.
— Bentlee Pahman: one kill, five assists, eight aces, 84 digs.
— Harper Draper: one ace, 23 digs.

OHATCHEE: The Indians went 4-1 in the Donoho Classic, beating Ider 2-0, White Plains 2-1, Westminster Christian 2-0 and Munford 2-1 before falling to Glencoe in the gold bracket semifinals.

Ohatchee’s top performers:

— Kate Ryan: three kills, 95 assists, eight aces, one block.
— Ayla Crook: 18 kills, one assist, eight aces, 29 digs.
— Emily Riddle: 22 kills, one assist, four aces, four digs, 11 blocks.
— Bailey Fowler: 10 kills, five aces, seven digs, three blocks.
— Alanah Fitch: 45 kills, two assists, five aces, 32 digs, one block.
— Ellie Vice: 12 kills, six digs, two blocks.
— Mollee Barnes: one kill, one assist, four aces.

JACKSONVILLE: The Golden Eagles went 3-1 in the Donoho Classic, beating Weaver 25-11, 25-14, Beauregard 25-22, 25–12 and Holy Spirit 25-9, 25-8 and falling to Lincoln 18-25, 25-12, 15-17 in the gold bracket.

— Sydney Soriano: six aces, eight kills, 47 assists, one block, nine digs.
— Layna Wise: two aces, three kills, four assists, two blocks.
— Nyla Hoult: four aces, 22 kills, one assist, four blocks, 12 digs.

ALEXANDRIA: The Valley Cubs went 3-1 in the Eddie Preuitt Ford Invitational at Hartselle, beating Lauderdale County 25-22, 25-23, Hartselle 25-16, 26-28, 15-7 and Ardmore 25-16, 25-14 in pool play but falling to Hartselle in the gold bracket semifinal, 23-25, 18-25.

Alexandria’s top performers: 

— Charlee Parris: 22 kills, two assists, 23 digs, five aces, one block.
— Zayley Mobbs: 12 kills, 15 digs, three aces.
— Sophie Martin: 19 kills, 77 assists, eight digs, seven blocks, seven aces.

OXFORD: The Yellow Jackets went 3-1 in Fort Payne’s tournament, beating Cullman 27-25, 25-17, Fyffe 25-20, 25-21 and Sardis 25-23, 25-13 before falling to Boaz 23-25, 23-25 in the semifinals.
