Missing six wrestlers with seasonal illness, Cleburne County boys sweep White Plains, Saks. White Plains splits.

WHITE PLAINS — Missing six starters due to illness, Cleburne County’s boys beat Saks 64-12 and White Plains 53-26 on Tuesday, running the Tigers’ duals record to 30-2.

White Plains beat Saks 48-23.

Hudson Braxton (106 pounds), Connor Causey (113), Jett Taylor (120), Kolbey Smith (144), Laken Stanley (150), Sammy Johnson (175), Rylan Hill (190) and Kendall Miller (215) went unbeaten on the day.

White Plains’ Lyric Brown (134), James Heard (159), Wesley Beebe (167) and Hudson Ingalsbe (287) also went unbeaten.

Saks’ Tristan Garrett (126) won both of his matches.
