Jacksonville Christian’s girls down Spring Garden, reach 11-1. Ranburne girls top LaFayette, and White Plains’ boys down Lincoln.

SPRING GARDEN — Modasti Carr led the way with 20 points, 10 rebounds and three steals, and Jacksonville Christian’s girls downed Spring Garden 58-49 on Monday in area play.

JCA improved to 11-1 while completing a regular-season sweep of Spring Garden.

Addy Lee added 16 points, 10 rebounds and six assists, and the Thunder got 10 points apiece from Mollie Mullinax and Audrina Williams.

RANBURNE 67, LAFAYETTE 62: Tinley Phillips led Ranburne with 19 points, including three 3-pointers, and Kallie Burson’s 18 points included one 3-pointer. The Bulldogs also got 11 points from Maranda Ralston.

CLEBURNE COUNTY 51, DONOHO 28: Khloe Clouse led Cleburne County with 12 points, including 3-pointer, and Emma Williamson added 10 points.

Taylor Worley led Donoho with eight points, and Bentlee Pahman hit a 3-pointer while scoring seven points.

Boys

WHITE PLAINS 62, LINCOLN 52: White Plains’ Harmon Cobb scored a game-high 25 points, including 3-pointers. He scored 11 points in the first quarter.

Bryson Cheatwood added 13 points, and Bruce Downey scored 10 as the Wildcats improved to 12-6.

Lincoln’s Tellas Swain scored 18 points, including two 3-pointers, and Brayden Collins’ 17 points included two 3-pointers.
