Carter leads Oxford girls to victory in Bobby Swofford Showcase. Ware shoots Cleburne County boys to victory.

HEFLIN — Savannah Carter led the way with 12 points, and Oxford’s girls beat Temple (Ga.) 44-34 in the Bobby Swofford Showcase at Cleburne County.
Bri Wilson and Takayvia Boyd added 10 points apiece.
CLEBURNE COUNTY 58, TEMPLE (Ga.) 53: Lyric Ware led Cleburne County with 21 points in the Bobby Swofford Showcase at Cleburne County. He hit two 3-pointers.
Cavin Bates added 14 points, and Cade Shubert chipped in 12.
