Easley resigns as Munford’s head football coach, will finish out the season as Lions’ head boys’ basketball coach.

Munford and Michael Easley have begun the process of moving on to the next chapter.

Easley submitted his resignation as Munford’s head football coach Friday morning. Also the school’s boys’ basketball coach, he’ll finish out the season.

Easley’s resignation comes after his seventh football season as Munford’s head coach.
