Marbury, Reaves pace Weaver boys to victory. Munford ups to 3-0. Jacksonville, Jacksonville Christian sweep doubleheaders.

WEAVER — D.J. Marbury and J.C. Reaves each scored 14 points, and Weaver’s boys topped Donoho 62-41 on Thursday.
CIsco Nira scored nine of his 13 points in the fourth quarter, and Phoxton Benjamin added nine points.
Donoho’s Ethan Crawford scored 11 of his game-high 21 points in the third quarter.
JACKSONVILLE 75, TALLADEGA 64: Kamouri Harmon amassed 36 points, and Jacksonville’s boys improved to 2-1.
Harmon hit three 3-pointers and 13 of 22 free throws.
Braylon Kelley added 15 points, and Ben Pridgen scored nine.
Talladega’s Jaeden Curry scored a team-high 29 points, and Ronson Moten added 11.
JACKSONVILLE CHRISTIAN 73, GASTON 54: Noah Lee poured in 28 points to go with 13 rebounds and five assists, and the Thunder improved to 1-1.
Jack Henry Harris added 13 points and 10 rebounds, and Bryson Dowdey added 10 points, eight rebounds, four steals, four assists.
MUNFORD 67, LINCOLN 47: Kendarius Hickman and Marquell Johnson each scored 13 points, and Munford improved to 3-0. Kalvin Castleberry added 12 points.
Lincoln’s Brayden Collins scored a game-high 21 points, and Ja’Michael Shepherd added 10.
SYLACAUGA 65, CLEBURNE COUNTY 56: Cade Shubert led Cleburne County with 15 points. Lyric Ware added 14 and Cavin Bates nine.
Girls
JACKSONVILLE 58, TALLADEGA 21: Jayci Taylor scored 26 points, and Jacksonville’s girls improved to 3-0. She scored 10 points in the first quarter.
Neveah Nicholson added 11 points, and Raybon Pridgen added eight.
Destiny Twymon paced Talladega with nine points.
JACKSONVILLE CHRISTIAN 54, GASTON 30: Modasti Carr put up a team-high 20 points and eight rebounds, and JCA improved to 2-0.
Addy Lee added 13 points and six assists. Sophie Williams added nine points and six rebounds, and Mollie Mullinax added seven points and five rebounds.
