GUNTERSVILLE — Alexandria went 2-2 in the Tournament of Champions at Supreme Courts on Saturday, beating Hewitt Trussville 25-23, 27-29, 15-13, falling to Brentwood (Tenn.) 14-25, 15-25, beating Cherokee (Ga.) 25-11, 25-17 and falling to Cherokee County 25-22, 18-25, 6-15.
Alexandria’s top performers:
— Charlee Parris: 17 kills, one assist, 18 digs, one block, one ace.
— Zayley Mobbs: 23 kills, 17 digs, two blocks.
— Sophie Martin: 17 kills, 71 assists, nine digs, two blocks, three aces.
— Kylie Jeffers: 13 kills, one assist, six blocks, three aces.
— Cali Hess: 18 kills, two assists, 13 digs, four blocks, one ace.
— Landry Patterson: two kills, seven assists, 61 digs, one assist, one ace.
— Caylin Adams: 11 kills, nine blocks.
— Brenlee Curvin: three digs.
— Ava Browning: one kill, one dig.
OXFORD: Playing in the Tournament of Champions at Supreme Courts, Oxford beat Arab 25-21, 25-20 then lost to Middle Tennessee Christian School 25-15, 25-16, Pace 25-16, 25-13
and Madison Academy 25-19, 25-20.

PLEASANT VALLEY: Also playing at the Tournament of Champions in Guntersville, the Raiders fell to James Clemens 23-25, 20-25, beat Siegel High (Tenn.) 25-23, 15-25, 15-8, fell to Carrollton (Ga.) 1-2 and fell to DeSoto Central High (Miss.) 1-2.
