Weaver wins Tiger Invitational in Childersburg. Donoho goes 2-3 at Smith Lake Invitational.

CHILDERSBURG — Weaver won the Tiger Invitational, and Cleburne County took second place.
Weaver beat Childersburg 25-18, 25-9, Cleburne County 25-23, 25-23, Talladega 25-13, 25-12 and Saks 25-13, 25-15. Individual statistics were not available.
DONOHO: The Falcons went 2-3 at the Smith Lake Invitational at Curry, beating Lynn and Helena and falling to White Plains, Mortimer Jordan and Madison County.
Donoho’s top performers:— Kate Williamon: 29 kills, five aces, 22 digs.
