Alexandria’s Goode, Jacksonville’s Edwards take top awards in on East Alabama Sports Today’s Class 4A-6A All-Calhoun County team. County champion Oxford leads way with 11 selections.

Alexandria’s Bray Goode (right) is the East Alabama Sports Today Class 4A-6A All-Calhoun County player of the year for 2025, and Jacksonville’s Jamison Edwards is coach of the year. Goode went 7-2 on the mound with a 1.28 ERA and 111 strikeouts. The University of South Alabama signee also batted .284 with a .417 on-base percentage, 10 doubles and 21 RBIs. Edwards guided Jacksonville to its fourth consecutive area title and second round of the playoffs after reclassification bumped Jacksonville up to Class 5A. (Photos by Joe Medley and B.J. Franklin)
