PV promotes Cranmer

Former player under Hunter, assistant under retiring Bryant announced as Raiders’ new head softball coach.

Every sports program has its way, and no one knows the Pleasant Valley way better than Ashley Cranmer.

A 1996 graduate, former player under Sandy Hunter and assistant coach under the retiring David Bryant, Cranmer will take over as the Raiders’ head softball coach.

The school announced Cranmer’s promotion a day after the Raiders played their last in the AHSAA East Regional, Bryant’s last hurrah in a 19-year run over the Pleasant Valley program.
