Sacred Heart wins third straight behind its Big Three; Champions Sports Academy girls tournament gets off to thrilling start; this week’s schedule

ATLANTA – Diante Wood and D.J. Heath keyed a big second half that carried Sacred Heart to its second victory of the weekend and third in as many days in a 78-68 victory over Milton.

The Cardinals (3-1) trailed by four at halftime, but Wood scored 28 of his 32 points in the second half and Heath scored 14 of his 18 in the fourth quarter when they pulled away. Kevion Nolan added 13, hitting three 3-pointers.

The Cardinals beat Westminster 59-49 Friday.
