Ray-Martin shoot 63 for low round in Masters Games Scramble

Norris Ray and David Martin posted the low round of the day – a 9-under-par 63 – to win the men’s 65-69 division in the Masters Game of Alabama Two-Man Scramble at Cider Ridge Golf Club.
They made nine birdies Tuesday, including a stretch of five in six holes in the middle of the round.
The other low rounds of the day were delivered by Dane Harris-Neal Hodo (65, 65-69); Seth Granberry-Mo Price (65, 70-74) and Al Muskewitz-Rama Vyas (66, 55-59).
UPCOMING EVENTS: The Trick or Treat Two-Person Tournament is set for Nov. 1-2 at Silver Lakes. It’s a two-man scramble in the first round, two-man scamble in the second, with 10 a.m. starts both days. Entry fee is $125 per player. Call Brennan Clay at Silver Lakes (892-3268) to register.
