SAKS — Anthony Bothwell led four Saks players in double figures with 23 points, and Saks held off Donoho 69-65 in double overtime Thursday.
Donoho rallied from a 52-43 deficit with two minutes left in regulation to force overtime. Jordan Cameron forced overtime with two free throws, and Bruce Downey’s layup forced the second overtime.
Bothwell went 7-for-7 from the field with one 3-pointer and hit eight of 10 free throws. Saks’ other top performers:
—Christian Smith: 13 points (one 3-pointer).
—Christian Hall: 12 points (one 3-pointer).
—Joshua Todd: 10 pointers (one 3-pointer).
Donoho’s top performers:
—Richard Goad: 25 points.
