White Plains and Pleasant Valley got ready for their respective area tournaments by sweeping their final regular-season matches Saturday.
White Plains defeated Talladega, Saks and Ohatchee all in 2-0 sweeps. Allison Arenth had 14 kills and seven blocks.
Pleasant Valley took down Oxford 3-1 and Cedar Bluff 3-0. Karmyn Sparks had 30 kills and 10 blocks in the two matches. The Lady Raiders are 26-22.
Meanwhile, Donoho went 2-2 in the Albertville tournament, going 2-1 in pool play and falling to Southside 2-1 in the Silver Bracket. Lily Grace Draper had 34 kills, 13 in the Southside match, Maggie Wakefield had 21 kills and Maggie Miller recorded 74 assists.
