Woodruff has best game of the season (239 yards) as Alexandria rolls up more than 400 yards rushing as a team

ARAB – Keenan Woodruff rushed for 239 yards and three touchdowns on 16 carries and Joe Tucker returned one of his two interceptions for a score as Alexandria remained undefeated after routing Arab 45-15.
On the road for the first time this season, the Valley Cubs punished the Knights defense with 418 yards rushing.
Woodruff went 76 yards for a touchdown on the first play of the game and he kept running. He had 176 yards and two touchdowns in the first half. He added a 55-yard touchdown run in the third quarter.
Grayson Chaffin rushed for 91 yards on seven carries. Eight other runners combined for 88 yards.
The last time the Valley Cubs started 3-0 (2015), they won their first seven and reached the semifinal round of the playoffs.
