Wilson, Ozmint lead the way as Glance bounces back from loss to Piedmont by rushing for season-high 341 yards

GLENCOE – Quarterback Chase Wilson accounted for 234 yards of offense, Pace Ozmint rushed for 115 yards and scored three touchdowns and Kaitlyn Smith kicked her third extra point of the season as Glencoe routed Hokes Bluff 42-7.

Wilson ran for 125 yards and two touchdowns and completed 6 of 12 passes for 109 yards and touchdowns to Ozmint and Aaron Bush. Ozmint scored the first three touchdowns of the game. Smith kicked her extra point on Wilson second rushing touchdown midway through the fourth quarter.

The Yellow Jackets (4-1), bouncing back from last week’s loss to No. 3 Piedmont that knocked them out of a share of the region lead and the 3A top 10, rushed for a season-high 341 yards and had 450 yards total.

Ozmint also led the defense with 11 tackles. Noah Hauk had 10. Jordan Morris had two interceptions.
